With a background in Human Sciences and a deep passion for event management, I’m here to bring a unique blend of professionalism and energy to every event I engage with. As a native Dutch speaker with a globe-trotting passport, I’ve picked up quite the language arsenal along the way—French, English, Spanish, Romanian, and even a little bit of Russian.

Whether I’m crafting smooth event experiences or sparking unforgettable moments, my goal is to ensure that every interaction is impactful and engaging. I’m excited to collaborate and make your event extraordinary!

Greta lived in New York for nearly a decade, where she developed and executed events in a cosmopolitan setting, distinguished by her enthusiasm, creativity and Italian touch. Her versatility has enabled her to meet the needs of a diverse clientele, creating memorable and bespoke experiences. What does she like about events? Events are these truly special, magical occasions that can forge connections between people, brands, and communities.

Robin HUYGHEBAERT

Robin is always here to help! As a customer-focused “solution finder”, Robin’s role is to assist you. With years of experience in Event Lounge management and event organisation, he knows all about events! His motto is that there are always more solutions than problems.

Gilles POOT BAUDIER

Gilles is trilingual and has 15 years’ experience in event venue management. His pragmatism, leadership, and expertise in day-to-day tasks make him a valuable asset. In 2009, he opened the Event Lounge, an all-in-one venue ranked among the top three in Brussels.
