At Event Lounge, every event is an opportunity to completely reinvent the venue.
For this exceptional rally evening themed Indomptable, organised by Eventives, guests were immersed in a spectacular universe where scenography, technology and decoration merged into one unique experience.

The dinner took place inside our studio space, enhanced by one of the venue’s latest technical features: a 45-meter-wide 180° projection screen integrated directly into the cyclorama. Throughout the evening, guests were surrounded by immersive visual content that served as a dynamic backdrop during dinner.

Thanks to the recent technical upgrade of Event Lounge, the event fully benefited from the venue’s new audiovisual infrastructure, creating a truly immersive and high-impact experience.

The venue’s impressive 11-meter usable ceiling height also gave IDEO complete creative freedom to work vertically within the space. Large draping installations and suspended scenographic elements added scale, elegance and theatricality to the overall atmosphere.

One of the evening’s most striking highlights was undoubtedly the custom-built tiger-shaped DJ booth, specially designed for the event and perfectly embodying the spirit of the Indomptable concept.
